PLANNING BOARD MEETING
CANAAN, NY 12029


NOVEMBER 21, 2011



The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm and Michael Belknap was absent.

Minor Subdivision for Benzion & Gloria Rapoport at 10 Schillings Crossing Road
Fred Haley, surveyor represented this application. This 33 acre parcel has been owned by the Rapoports for 50 years. They would like to subdivide into 4 parcels as follows:

Lot 1-10.69 acres with the current house
Lot 2-7.59 acres
Lot 3-7.59 acres
Lot 4-7.45 acres with barns

The following documents were on file: 6 maps for the requested subdivision, 2 maps of the parcel as is before the subdivision, pinning letter, 10 year history, authorization letter for site review and the authorization for Mr. Haley to appear before the Board.

There is plenty of frontage. There were no perc tests done but none were needed.
