SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING – SEPTEMBER 4TH, 2007

Supervisor Gary Flaherty opened the meeting at 6:01 p.m.

Board members:
Supervisor Gary Flaherty present
Councilperson Virginia Nightingale present
Councilperson Carrie Bither present
Councilperson David Patzwahl present
Councilperson Stephen August absent

Audience: There were no people in the audience.

Supervisor Flaherty asked to move into executive session to discuss litigation with Attorney Jason Shaw.

MOTION: Councilperson Virginia Nightingale, made a motion, seconded by Councilperson Carrie Bither to enter into executive session at 6:03 p.m. 4-ayes, Motion Carried.

MOTION: Councilperson David Patzwahl made a motion, seconded by Councilperson Virginia Nightingale, to enter back to the special meeting at 6:55 p.m.
Supervisor Gary Flaherty said there were neither decisions nor motions made while in executive session.

ADJOURNMENT: Councilperson Carrie Bither made a motion, seconded by Councilperson David Patzwahl, to adjourn the meeting at 6:56 p.m.
