SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING – NOVEMBER 21ST, 2007

Supervisor Gary Flaherty called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m.
Attorney Jason Shaw and Attorney Daniel Tuczinski were present.

Board Members Present: Supervisor Gary Flaherty
Councilperson Carrie Bither
Councilperson David Patzwahl
Councilperson Virginia Nightingale
Board member Absent: Councilperson Stephen August


Supervisor Gary Flaherty asked to enter into executive session. The purpose of the session is to update the current litigation.

MOTION: Councilperson Carrie Bither made a motion, seconded by Councilperson David Patzwahl, to enter into executive session at 5:12 p.m. 4-ayes, Motion Carried. Roll call showed: Supervisor Gary Flaherty-yes; Councilperson Carried Bither-yes; Councilperson David Patzwahl-yes; and Councilperson Virginia Nightingale-yes. Motion approved.

MOTION: Councilperson David Patzwahl made a motion, seconded by Councilperson Virginia Nightingale, to invite the newly elected board members into executive session. 4-ayes, Motion carried. Roll call showed: Supervisor Gary Flaherty-yes; Councilperson Carried Bither-yes; Councilperson David Patzwahl-yes; and Councilperson Virginia Nightingale-yes. Motion approved.

MOTION: Councilperson Virginia Nightingale made a motion, seconded by Councilperson Carrie Bither, to return to the special meeting at 6:27 p.m. 4-ayes, Motion carried. Roll call showed: Supervisor Gary Flaherty-yes; Councilperson Carrie Bither-yes; Councilperson David Patzwahl-yes; and Councilperson Virginia Nightingale-yes. Motion approved.

Supervisor Gary Flaherty said there were no decisions or motions made while in executive session.

ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Councilperson David Patzwahl made a motion, seconded by Councilperson Carrie Bither, to adjourn the meeting at 6:27 p.m. 4-ayes, Motion carried. Roll call showed: Supervisor Gary Flaherty-yes; Councilperson Carried Bither-yes; Councilperson David Patzwahl-yes; and Councilperson Virginia Nightingale-yes. Motion approved.
