ZBA Meeting Minutes
October 27, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 by Chairman Cooper.
Present were: David Cooper, Ann Pearce, Pat Liddle, Bill Wallace, Sandy Haakonsen and John Stelling.
David Cooper made a motion to accept the minutes of the meetings on August 25th and September 15th, it was seconded by Ann Pearce and carried unanimously.
The board began reviewing the current zoning law at Article IV, Regulations.
There was boundary line adjustment law discussion.
The board is of the opinion that in Article IV, A,1,a that the two years referred to should be specified as consecutive.
As a housekeeping matter, on page 20 near the end of the Commercial Uses chart, in the title Trucking, Materials Transfer, Truck or Heavy Equipment….. the capital H is missing from heavy.
Article IV, C,3 limits Building Height. The board feels that the previous definition of Building Height was more precise because it specified the exact location (the main entrance) to begin the measurement.
Review stopped at Article IV,G,6,f on page 25.
At 8:15 Pat Liddle made a motion to adjourn, it was seconded by Bill Wallace and carried unanimously.
