To Sort the Assessment Role by various data fields, 1) Click the word ASSESSMENT ROLL on the web site 2) Choose the option to SAVE the file (not open) 3) Choose the location on your computer where you'd like to save the file 4) Click on the word SAVE 5) Locate the file on your computer and open it using Microsoft Excel 6) Choose the column you'd like to sort by. Click on Row 3 of the column you wish to sort by 7) On your toolbar at top, find the word DATA 8) then the word SORT 9) Choose whether you want to sort ASCENDING or DESCENDING To find a specific record 1) Click in the column (like last name) and then on your keyboard hold CTRL and F at the same time 2) Type in the data you are looking for
